Hue street food on foot tour

Traditional cuisine is an indispensable experience when visiting Hue. With its original and distinctive taste, Hue food reflects the values of culture, history, traditional custom, and art and had become an attractive trade mark of Vietnamese culinary art.

17:30 Start walking to foodie street to enjoy Hue special rice cake such as BÁNH BÈO (water fern cake), BÁNH NẬM (steamed rice cake in banana leaf), BÁNH LỌC (steamed tapioca with shrim and pork in banana leaf)...
Then continue going to Han Mac Tu Street along the Perfume river. Here you will enjoy clam dishes such as CƠM HẾN or BÚN HẾN (mixed rice/noodle with local vegetable and mussel). You may feel an atmosphere of an beautiful and peaful river.
Wandering on Le Loi Street then over Trang Tien Brigde, visit the colorful Dong Ba Market - the biggest market in central of Vietnam to try BÚN THỊT NƯỚNG (fresh noodle with grilled pork) or BÚN BÒ HUẾ (Hue traditional beef noodle soup). Here you can see a lot of ingredients for food and explore the local life.
After that we walk on to Thuong Tu Gate - an Southeast gate of Imperial Palace to enjoy BÁNH KHOÁI (fried pancake with shrimp, pork, vegetable and traditional peanut sauce). We continue walk to the night market where you can purchase some souvenirs such as seseam candies, conical hats, Ao Dai,...
On the way back, we will drink some local beer and share feeling about the life and enjoy Hue city by night.
21:00 Tour ends. Walk back to the hotel by your own.
